The program is very well curated and includes 3 sessions namely Digital Detox, Emotional Fitness and Urjaa (Energy Amplifier). All the 3 workshops were engaging, participative and highly insightful at the same time. Participants were taught in a fun way to build daily rituals to build Mental Health PROACTIVELY.

The programs were also having deep insights for participants and management captured through a reflective assessment. The Management was shared with key data points to make decisions for future.

I strongly recommend Mind Celebrations as a program as it teaches simple to execute mind hacks/practices and can be done, along with other daily rituals we follow in our life.
